PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

for the purchase and sale of goods in the online store

This Agreement is a public contract (offer agreement) in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and has legal force.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is an official offer from Sole Proprietor (FOP) Ivanenko Olga Ruslanivna (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to conclude a distance sales agreement with any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").
1.2. Acceptance of this Offer is the fact of placing an Order by the Buyer on the website https://the-blub.com or confirmation of the order in any other way (by phone, messenger, etc.).

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them in accordance with the procedure and conditions of this Agreement.
2.2. The characteristics, price, and assortment of goods are specified on the Seller’s website/page.

3. Order Placement

3.1. Orders can be placed through the website, social networks, or other available communication channels.
3.2. The Buyer must provide accurate and up-to-date delivery information.

4. Price and Payment Procedure

4.1. The price of the goods is determined at the time of placing the Order and is indicated on the website/page.
4.2. Payment methods:
• full/partial prepayment to the Seller’s account;
• cash on delivery (COD) upon receipt of the goods.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery is carried out by carriers within the territory of Ukraine at the Buyer’s expense, unless otherwise specified by a promotion or mutual agreement of the parties.
5.2. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer at the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier.

6. Return of Goods

6.1. The Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”), provided that the goods were not used and retain their marketable condition and consumer properties.
6.2. The cost of delivery when returning goods is borne by the Buyer, except in cases of defective or low-quality goods.

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for the actions of carriers or for the accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer.
7.2. In case of disputes, they shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached – in court according to the legislation of Ukraine.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. Placing an order by the Buyer means full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.
8.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice to the Buyer, by publishing an updated version on the website.
